I suggest that the flood control will be reduced to 30 seconds during school days and still 60 seconds on weekends...
Why? Eh kasi konti lang ang OL sa weekdays kasi may klase at marami masyadong OL sa weekends...

gawin nga sana naming 100seconds e. andami kasing spammers. ayaw man din namin gawin yan ba, pero ayun, andami kasing spammers. mabuti narin yan para maiwasan.
